If your tastebuds tingle at the sound of prawn katsu sandos, onigiri, tiramisu mochi & matcha-inspired cocktails, this is one high tea you don't want to miss. As part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2025, Miss Pearl will be hosting a one-off, Japanese high tea event on Saturday March 25th 2025 from 2.00pm - 4.00pm.
Join us for an afternoon of delicious bites, served with an element of performance that will leave you saying WOW. Guests will begin with Chanoyu, a Japanese Tea Ceremony, followed by:
Otoshi (Canapes)
Onigiri, Tobiko, salmon
(Koshihikari rice balls, flying fish roe, cured salmon, nori sheet)
Okonomiyaki, bulldog sauce, bonito
(Cabbage pancake, Japanese BBQ sauce, shaved dried bonito)
Gyoza cracker, Tamago, Crab
(Crispy cracker, crushed egg, picked crab, yuzu dressing)
Kinoko yakitori, Togarashi
(King brown and oyster mushroom skewer, Japanese spice blend)
